This has been resolved. Please note that responding for Google My Business reviews will remain disabled with clear in-app and api messaging until Google is accepting new reviews and responses again. For more information please contact ReviewTrackers support.

The issue has been identified. We will be updating error messages on the /response/ API endpoint and in-app to inform users: "“Review replies aren’t available at this time due to Google’s response to COVID-19.”

Investigating
We are currently investigating the impact to in-app and API functionality within ReviewTrackers as it relates to Google's announcement that they will not be posting new Reviews, Q&A, or responses for Google My Business locations as part of their COVID-19 response. https://support.google.com/business/answer/9792336
