We will be undergoing database maintenance from 11:00a to 5:00p Central on August 1, 2021.
During this time all App/API systems including alerts, review collection and ask tool will be down - resuming where they left off when the system is back online (there will be no data loss as part of this upgrade). We’ll also have a white-label friendly splash page explaining to users that the App is undergoing scheduled maintenance and will be back online by 5pm CT.
